Polycarbonate copolymer, coating liquid using same, and electrophotographic photoreceptor

A polycarbonate copolymer comprising

• a repeating unit A represented by a formula (1) below and a repeating unit B represented by a formula (2) below,
• wherein an abundance ratio represented by Ar1/(Ar1+Ar2) is in a range of 35 mol % to 75 mol %, and an abundance ratio represented by Ar2/(Ar1+Ar2) is in a range of 25 mol % to 65 mol %,
• where:
• Ar1 is a group represented by a formula (3) below and Ar2 is a group represented by a formula (4) below,
• where:
• each R1, R2, R3, and R4 is independently selected from the group consisting of a fluoroalkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, an alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, and an alkoxy group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms;
• R5 and R6 are independently selected from a group consisting of a hydrogen atom and an alkyl group having 1 to 2 carbon atoms;
• p1, p2, p3, and p4 each are an integer of 0 to 4;
• each R1, R2, R3, and R4 is mutually the same or different, when an aromatic ring is substituted by two or more of R1, R2, R3, and R4 (p1, p2, p3, and p4≧2);
• and
• R5 and R6 are mutually different.
