Abstract
In one embodiment, a method for estimating end-to-end accessibility in a voice over long term evolution network includes aggregating data, by a processor, from a plurality of sources in the network relating to calls originating from and terminating in the network, where the data indicates success rates for a plurality of procedures initiated by placement of the calls, and calculating, by the processor, a metric indicative of the end-to-end accessibility from the data.
Claims20
A method for estimating end-to-end accessibility in a voice over long term evolution network, the method comprising:
- aggregating data, by a processor, from a plurality of sources in the network relating to calls originating from and terminating in the network, where the data indicates success rates for a plurality of procedures initiated by placement of the calls;
- and
- calculating, by the processor, a metric indicative of the end-to-end accessibility from the data.
A computer-readable storage device storing a plurality of instructions which, when executed by a processor of a server, cause the processor to perform operations for estimating end-to-end accessibility in a voice over long term evolution network, the operations comprising:
- aggregating data from a plurality of sources in the network relating to calls originating from and terminating in the network, where the data indicates success rates for a plurality of procedures initiated by placement of the calls;
- and
- calculating a metric indicative of the end-to-end accessibility from the data.
An apparatus for estimating end-to-end accessibility in a voice over long term evolution network, comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a computer-readable storage device storing a plurality of instructions which, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations, the operations comprising:
- aggregating data from a plurality of sources in the network relating to calls originating from and terminating in the network, where the data indicates success rates for a plurality of procedures initiated by placement of the calls;
- and
- calculating a metric indicative of the end-to-end accessibility from the data.
