• a printed circuit board;
• a plurality of electronic components disposed on the printed circuit board;
• and
• a restricting member having a body and an opening disposed in the body, wherein the electronic components are disposed in the opening.

A power conversion device, comprising:

• a printed circuit board;
• a plurality of first electronic components disposed on the printed circuit board;
• a restricting member having a body and an opening disposed in the body, wherein the first electronic components are disposed in the opening;
• and
• a heat-dissipating member fixed to the printed circuit board and electrically insulated from the restricting member.
