Rotor blade production device and corresponding method

A device for connecting joint locations of at least two joint parts to be connected, comprising:

• an application mechanism situated to apply an application agent to at least one of the joint locations;
• and
• at least one measurement device that is arranged to measure at least one surface of the joint locations, the at least one measurement device being movable by a movement mechanism along at least one of the joint locations;
• wherein the device is programmed to determine at least one application parameter depending on the measurement of the at least one surface to achieve a surface-dependent application process.

A method for connecting joint locations of at least two joint parts to be connected, the method comprising:

• moving an application device and at least one measurement device along at least one of the joint locations, wherein at least one surface of the joint locations is measured;
• determining at least one application parameter depending on the at least one surface measured;
• and
• applying an application agent to at least one of the joint locations, thereby achieving a surface-dependent application process.
