Method and system for supporting resource isolation in multi-core architecture

A method for supporting resource isolation in a multi-core system, wherein the system comprises a processor and memory space, wherein the processor comprises multiple processing cores, and the multiple processing cores comprise a start-time primary core and at least one start-time secondary core;

• the start-time primary core comprises a boot loader;
• the memory space comprises a shared memory segment and private memory segments corresponding to the multiple processing cores separately;
• running information is stored in the shared memory segment;
• and the running information comprises a mapping relationship between each processing core and an operating system that the each processing core needs to run, and sizes and start address of the each private memory segments;
• and
• the method for supporting resource isolation in a multi-core system comprises:
• separately storing, by the boot loader, kernel images of the operating systems into the corresponding private memory segments according to the running information, and writing run-time entry addresses of the multiple processing cores into the shared memory segment, wherein the run-time entry addresses of the processing cores are used to indicate, in corresponding private memory segments, storage addresses of the kernel images of the operating systems;
• and
• obtaining, by the multiple processing cores, the run-time entry addresses separately, and running the kernel images of the operating systems according to the run-time entry addresses.
