Radio Network Node, User Equipment and Methods Therein

A method in a user equipment for determining a transmit power to be used by the user equipment when transmitting in a radio communications network, wherein the user equipment is served by a radio network node in the radio communications network, the method comprising:

• receiving, from the radio network node, an indication indicating a set of power control parameters out of multiple sets of power control parameters, wherein the multiple sets of power control parameters are stored at the user equipment;
• determining the transmit power based on the indicated set of power control parameters.

A method in a radio network node for controlling a transmit power of a user equipment in a radio communications network, wherein the radio network node serves the user equipment in the radio communications network, the method comprising:

• determining a set of power control parameters to be used by the user equipment for determining transmit power of the user equipment;
• and
• transmitting an indication to the user equipment, wherein the indication indicates the set of power control parameters out of multiple sets of power control parameters stored at the user equipment, thereby controlling the transmit power of the user equipment.

A radio network node for controlling a transmit power of a user equipment in a radio communications network, wherein the radio network node is configured to serve the user equipment in the radio communications network, the radio network node comprises:

• a determining circuit configured to determine a set of power control parameters to be used by the user equipment for determining transmit power of the user equipment;
• and
• a transmitter configured to transmit an indication to the user equipment, wherein the indication indicates the set of power control parameters out of multiple sets of power control parameters stored at the user equipment, thereby controlling the transmit power of the user equipment.
