Abstract
In one implementation, a service interface analysis system identifies a parameter at a portion of a service request for a network service and within a service response provided by the network service in response to the service request. The service interface analysis system then defines a request template including a placeholder at a portion of the request template associated with the portion of the service request.
Claims16
A processor-readable medium, comprising code representing instructions that when executed at a processor cause the processor to:
- identify a parameter at a portion of a service request for a network service;
- identify the parameter within a service response provided by the network service in response to the service request;
- and
- define a request template including a placeholder at a portion of the request template associated with the portion of the service request.
A service interface analysis system, comprising a processor-readable medium encoded with code representing instructions that when executed cause a processor to implement a service interface analysis system, the service interface analysis system including:
- a request module to provide a service request to a network service, a portion of the service request including a parameter;
- a response parser to determine whether the parameter is included within a service response associated with the service request;
- and
- a template module to define a request template including a placeholder at a portion of the request template associated with the portion of the service request.
A service interface analysis system, comprising:
- a request parser to identify a parameter at a portion of a first service request;
- a response parser to determine whether the parameter is included within a service response associated with the first service request;
- and
- a test module to generate a second service request based on the first service request, the second service request including an attack data set at a portion of the second service request associated with the portion of the first service request.
