Abstract
A system interconnect includes a first resistor-capacitor (RC) clamp having a first RC time constant. The system interconnect also includes second RC clamps having a second RC time constant. The first and second RC clamps are arranged along the system interconnect. In addition, the first RC time constant is different from the second RC time constant.
Claims20
A system interconnect, comprising:
- at least one first resistor capacitor (RC) clamp having a first RC time constant;
- and
- a plurality of second RC clamps having a second RC time constant, the first and second RC clamps being arranged along the system interconnect, the first RC time constant being different from the second RC time constant.
A method of fabricating a RC clamp network circuit, comprising:
- arranging at least one first resistor-capacitor (RC) clamp in a system interconnect, the at least one first RC clamp having a first RC time constant;
- coupling a plurality of second RC clamps to the at least one first RC clamp, the plurality of second RC clamps having a second RC time constant different than the first RC time constant.
A system interconnect, comprising:
- first means for clamping a voltage having a first RC time constant;
- and
- second means for clamping a voltage having a second RC time constant, the first and second clamping means being arranged along the system interconnect, the first RC time constant being different from the second RC time constant.
A method of fabricating a RC clamp network circuit, comprising:
- the step of arranging at least one first resistor-capacitor (RC) clamp in a system interconnect, the at least one first RC clamp having a first RC time constant;
- the step of coupling a plurality of second RC clamps to the at least one first RC clamp, the plurality of second RC clamps having a second RC time constant different than the first RC time constant.
