Multi-Level Compartmentalized Insert for a Food Holding Cabinet Having At Least One Independent Sliding Compartmentalized Tray and Cover for Same

A compartmentalized insert for a food holding cabinet comprising:

• an elongated tray comprising:
• first and second opposing sides;
• first and second opposing ends configured to hold the opposing sides in a first fixed, spaced-apart relationship to each other;
• a first food product holding compartment, fixedly located in the elongated tray between the sides and proximate to its first end;
• a slidable tray located in the elongated tray at an elevation above the first food holding compartment, the slidable tray having a second food product holding compartment and being configured to be able to freely translate in the elongated tray, between its first and second opposing ends;
• a slidable cover located in the elongated tray at an elevation that is above the slidable tray, the slid able cover being configured to be able to slide in the elongated tray between its first and second ends, independent of the slidable tray.
