Actuating device for moving a movable cover of a thrust reverser

An actuating device (1) for moving a movable cover of a thrust reverser, comprising:

• an actuator including a first element (3) and a second element (4) mounted movable in translation relative to the first element, one of the first element and the second element being a screw, and the other being a nut capable of cooperating with the screw, such that rotation of the first element (3) relative to the second element (4) brings about translation of the second element (4) relative to the first element (3),
• a locking device (17) including a locking piece (18) movable in rotation between a locked position wherein the locking piece (18) prevents rotation of the first element (3) and an unlocked position wherein the locking piece (18) allows rotation of the first element (3), and
• an unlocking device (23) including an unlocking piece (25) movable in rotation between an active position wherein the unlocking piece (25) urges the locking piece (18) toward the unlocked position and a passive position wherein the unlocking piece (25) allows the locking piece (18) to return to the locked position, and a drive member (24) capable of driving the unlocking piece (25) in rotation in order for the unlocking piece (25) to move the locking piece (18) toward the unlocked position.
