Abstract
The present invention is a molded holster with the purpose of mounting to a flat surface. The Surface Mount Holster provides a secure mounting location for a hand gun when the user cannot or does not want the hand gun in a holster attached to a belt or clothing, or does not want it loosely placed on the floor, desk table or night stand. The design and function allows the user to easily install and remove and relocate quickly to another location. The Surface Mount Holster was designed to be lightweight, strong and portable The Injection Mold process for manufacture uses a plastic composite material which gives it strength and durability.

A Surface Mount Holster, comprising:
- a Surface Mount Holster body, a foam insert, a mounting base, a cavity for a foam insert, a pocket for a hand gun magazine, adhesive strip and Chicago screws to assemble the foam insert into the Surface Mount Body.
