Abstract
The present invention relates to a polypeptide for use as a medicament in the treatment and/or prevention of a disease wherein the RANKL-RANK signaling pathway is involved, in particular a bone resorptive disease.

An isolated polypeptide consisting of a sequence of up to 20 amino acids, wherein said sequence comprising or consisting of a sequence selected from the group consisting of:
- SEQ ID NO:
- 32;
- and
- a sequence having at least 80% of identity with SEQ ID NO:
- 32 over the entire length of SEQ ID NO:
- 32;
- for use as a medicament in the treatment and/or prevention of a bone resorptive disease.
