Method and system for offering a credit product by a credit issuer to a consumer at a point-of-sale

A method comprising:

• presenting, electronically by a processor, one or more credit products to a consumer on a consumer device at a point of sale with a merchant via an interactive interface on the consumer device;
• and
• processing, electronically by the processor, a transaction at the merchant's point-of sale without redirecting the consumer to a third party site such that the merchant retains interaction with the consumer on the interactive interface throughout completion of the transaction including presentation of the one or more credit products, application for the one or more credit products, and consummation of the transaction.

A non-transitory computer readable medium comprising instructions which, in response to execution by a computer system, cause the computer system to perform a method comprising:

• present one or more credit products to a consumer on a consumer device at a point of sale with a merchant via an interactive interface on the consumer device;
• and
• process a transaction at the merchant's point-of sale without redirecting the consumer to a third party site such that the merchant retains interaction with the consumer on the interactive interface throughout completion of the transaction including presentation of the one or more credit products, application for the one or more credit products, and consummation of the transaction.
