Abstract
The present invention relates, in general, to methods of controlling coagulation, and in particular, to methods of effecting neutralizable rapid onset anticoagulation, and to compounds and compositions suitable for use in such methods.
Claims19
A method of controlling coagulation comprising administering to a subject in need thereof at least two agents that directly inhibit more than one step in a coagulation pathway, wherein said agents are present in one or more molecules and are administered in an amount sufficient to effect said control.
A composition comprising least two agents that directly inhibit more than one step in a coagulation pathway and a carrier.
