Methods, software, and devices for automatically verifying completion of service orders for mobile devices

A computing device for verifying completion of mobile device service orders by service providers, said computing device comprising:

• at least one processor;
• memory in communication with said at least one processor;
• and
• software code stored in said memory, which when executed by said at least one processor causes said computing device to:
• transmit a plurality of service orders to at least one service provider, each of said plurality of service orders requesting a change in subscribed services for one of a plurality of mobile devices;
• store electronic records of changes in subscribed services requested by said transmitted service orders;
• receive a plurality of invoices from said at least one service provider;
• parse one of said plurality of invoices to determine invoiced services for a given mobile device of said plurality of mobile devices;
• compare said invoiced services for said given mobile device with said stored electronic records to verify completion of any stored service order for said given mobile device;
• and
• repeat said parsing and comparing for other invoices of said plurality of invoice.

A computer-readable medium storing instructions which when executed adapt a computing device to:

• transmit a plurality of service orders to at least one service provider, each of said plurality of service orders requesting a change in subscribed services for one of a plurality of mobile devices;
• store electronic records of changes in subscribed services requested by said transmitted service orders;
• receive a plurality of invoices from said at least one service provider;
• parse one of said plurality of invoices to determine invoiced services for a given mobile device of said plurality of mobile devices;
• compare said invoiced services for said given mobile device with said stored electronic records to verify completion of any stored service order for said given mobile device;
• and
• repeat said parsing and comparing for other invoices of said plurality of invoices.
