Methods and systems of evaluating a risk of a gastrointestinal cancer

A method of generating a classifier for a gastrointestinal cancer risk evaluation, comprising:

• providing a plurality of historical blood test results of each of another of a plurality of sampled individuals;
• generating a dataset having a plurality of sets of features each set generated according to respective plurality of historical blood test results of another said plurality of sampled individuals;
• generating at least one classifier according to an analysis said dataset;
• and
• outputting said at least one classifier;
• wherein said generating comprises calculating and adding at least one manipulated version of an historical blood test result taken from a respective said plurality of historical blood test results as a feature to respective said set of features.

A method of generating a classifier for a gastrointestinal cancer risk evaluation, comprising:

• providing a plurality of historical blood test results of each of another of a plurality of sampled individuals;
• generating a dataset having a plurality of sets of features each set generated according to respective plurality of historical blood test results of another said plurality of sampled individuals;
• generating at least one classifier according to an analysis said dataset;
• and
• outputting said at least one classifier;
• wherein said generating comprises weighting each said set of features according to a date of said respective plurality of historical blood test results.

A method of generating a classifier for a gastrointestinal cancer risk evaluation, comprising:

• providing a plurality of historical blood test results of each of another of a plurality of sampled individuals;
• generating a dataset having a plurality of sets of features each set generated according to respective plurality of historical blood test results of another said plurality of sampled individuals;
• generating at least one classifier according to an analysis said dataset;
• and
• outputting said at least one classifier;
• wherein said generating comprises filtering said plurality of sets of features to remove outliers according to a standard deviation maximum threshold.

A method of generating a classifier for a gastrointestinal cancer risk evaluation, comprising:

• providing a plurality of historical blood test results of each of another of a plurality of sampled individuals;
• generating a dataset having a plurality of sets of features each set generated according to respective plurality of historical blood test results of another said plurality of sampled individuals;
• generating at least one classifier according to an analysis said dataset;
• and
• outputting said at least one classifier;
• wherein said plurality of sets of features are weighted according to a date of said respective plurality of historical blood test results.

A method of generating a classifier for a gastrointestinal cancer risk evaluation, comprising:

• providing a plurality of historical blood test results of each of another of a plurality of sampled individuals;
• generating a dataset having a plurality of sets of features each set generated according to respective plurality of historical blood test results of another said plurality of sampled individuals;
• adding at least one demographic parameter of each of said plurality of sampled individuals to a respective said set of features;
• generating at least one classifier according to an analysis said dataset;
• outputting said at least one classifier wherein said generating comprises calculating and adding at least one manipulated version of said at least one demographic parameter as a feature to respective said set of features.
