Communication method, mobile station apparatus, base station apparatus and mobile communication system

A base station apparatus that is configured to and/or programmed to communicate with a mobile station apparatus using a plurality of downlink component carriers, wherein the plurality of downlink component carriers includes a first downlink component carrier and a second downlink component carrier, the base station apparatus comprising:

• a transmitting unit configured to and/or programmed to transmit, to the mobile station apparatus, downlink control information using at least one physical downlink control channel on at least the first downlink component carrier;
• and
• a receiving unit configured to and/or programmed to receive, from the mobile station apparatus, Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) control information for a physical downlink shared channel transmission scheduled by using a physical downlink control channel, wherein
• the receiving unit is configured to and/or programmed to receive, from the mobile station apparatus, the HARQ control information using a first physical uplink control channel resource and a first physical uplink control channel format, the first physical uplink control channel resource and the first physical uplink control channel format being used for the reception of the HARQ control information for the physical downlink shared channel transmission on the second downlink component carrier, the physical downlink shared channel transmission on the second downlink component carrier being scheduled by using the physical downlink control channel, and
• the receiving unit is configured to and/or programmed to receive, from the mobile station apparatus, the HARQ control information using a second physical uplink control channel resource and a second physical uplink control channel format, the second physical uplink control channel resource and the second physical uplink control channel format being used for the reception of the HARQ control information for the physical downlink shared channel transmission only on the first downlink component carrier, the physical downlink shared channel transmission only on the first downlink component carrier being scheduled by using the physical downlink control channel.

A communication method of a mobile station apparatus that is configured to and/or programmed to communicate with a base station apparatus using a plurality of downlink component carriers, wherein the plurality of downlink component carriers includes a first downlink component carrier and a second downlink component carrier, the communication method comprising:

• attempting to decode at least one physical downlink control channel on at least the first downlink component carrier;
• transmitting, to the base station apparatus, Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) control information for a physical downlink shared channel transmission indicated by a detection of a physical downlink control channel;
• transmitting, to the base station apparatus, the HARQ control information using a first physical uplink control channel resource and a first physical uplink control channel format, the first physical uplink control channel resource and the first physical uplink control channel format being used for the transmission of the HARQ control information for the physical downlink shared channel transmission on the second downlink component carrier, the physical downlink shared channel transmission on the second downlink component carrier being indicated by the detection of the physical downlink control channel;
• and
• transmitting, to the base station apparatus, the HARQ control information using a second physical uplink control channel resource and a second physical uplink control channel format, the second physical uplink control channel resource and the second physical uplink control channel format being used for the transmission of the HARQ control information for the physical downlink shared channel transmission only on the first downlink component carrier, the physical downlink shared channel transmission only on the first downlink component carrier being indicated by the detection of the physical downlink control channel.

A communication method of abase station apparatus that is configured to and/or programmed to communicate with a mobile station apparatus using a plurality of downlink component carriers, wherein the plurality of downlink component carriers includes a first downlink component carrier and a second downlink component carrier, the communication method comprising:

• transmitting, to the mobile station apparatus, downlink control information using at least one physical downlink control channel on at least the first downlink component carrier;
• receiving, from the mobile station apparatus, Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request (HARQ) control information for a physical downlink shared channel transmission scheduled by using a physical downlink control channel;
• receiving, from the mobile station apparatus, the HARQ control information using a first physical uplink control channel resource and a first physical uplink control channel format, the first physical uplink control channel resource and the first physical uplink control channel format being used for the reception of the HARQ control information for the physical downlink shared channel transmission on the second downlink component carrier, the physical downlink shared channel transmission on the second downlink component carrier being scheduled by using the physical downlink control channel;
• and
• receiving, from the mobile station apparatus, the HARQ control information using a second physical uplink control channel resource and a second physical uplink control channel format, the second physical uplink control channel resource and the second physical uplink control channel format being used for the reception of the HARQ control information for the physical downlink shared channel transmission only on the first downlink component carrier, the physical downlink shared channel transmission only on the first downlink component carrier being scheduled by using the physical downlink control channel.
