Abstract
An image processing apparatus that includes an image acquiring unit that acquires a plurality of images, a processing unit that creates a plurality of composite images having a sequential relationship based on a predetermined rule using at least a portion of each of the acquired images, and selects a representative image corresponding to the plurality of composite images.
Claims15
An electronic device comprising:
- circuitry configured to
- create a multi-view image comprised of a plurality of composite images by executing a plurality of composition processes each to composite at least a portion of acquired images;
- and
- control the composition process to start from a representative image which is determined as a representative image among the plurality of composite images so that the representative image is available to be displayed before a last composition process of the plurality of composite processes are completed.
An image processing method performed by an electronic device, the method comprising:
- creating a multi-view image comprised of a plurality of composite images by executing a plurality of composition processes each to composite at least a portion of acquired images;
- and
- controlling the composition process to start from a representative image which is determined as a representative image among the plurality of composite images so that the representative image is available to be displayed before a last composition process of the plurality of composite processes are completed.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium including computer program instructions, which when executed by an electronic device, cause the electronic device to:
- create a multi-view image comprised of a plurality of composite images by executing a plurality of composition processes each to composite at least a portion of acquired images;
- and
- control the composition process to start from a representative image which is determined as a representative image among the plurality of composite images so that the representative image is available to be displayed before a last composition process of the plurality of composite processes are completed
