Abstract
A method for compressing information by a computerized system, the method may include receiving a mixture of DNA data and additional information; and compressing the DNA data to provide compressed DNA data, wherein the compressing comprises encoding the DNA data by using a predefined codeword dictionary that was constructed based upon reference DNA data.
Claims33
A method for compressing information by a computerized system, the method comprises:
- receiving a mixture of DNA data and additional information;
- and
- compressing the DNA data to provide compressed DNA data, wherein the compressing comprises encoding the DNA data by using a predefined codeword dictionary that was constructed based upon reference DNA data.
A non-transitory computer readable medium, that may store instructions for:
- receiving a mixture of DNA data and additional information;
- and
- compressing the DNA data to provide compressed DNA data, wherein the compressing comprises encoding the DNA data by using a predefined codeword dictionary that was constructed based upon reference DNA data.
A computerized system, comprising:
- an communication module arranged to receive a mixture of DNA data and additional information;
- and
- a genetic data processor arranged to compress the DNA data to provide compressed DNA, wherein the compressing comprises encoding the DNA data by using a predefined codeword dictionary that was constructed based upon reference DNA data.
