Abstract
The application concerns methods of treatment using anti-ErbB receptor antibody-maytansinoid conjugates, and articles of manufacture suitable for use in such methods. In particular, the invention concerns ErbB receptor-directed cancer therapies, using anti-ErbB receptor antibody-maytansinoid conjugates.
Claims21
A method for treatment of cancer that expresses ErbB2 in a mammal, the method comprising administering an anti-ErbB2 antibody-maytansinoid conjugate, wherein the anti-ErbB2 antibody is a growth inhibitory antibody that binds to ErbB2 and inhibits the growth of cancer cells overexpressing ErbB2.
