Abstract
A wheel opening fender panel assembly for a vehicle includes an upper panel, a lower portion defining at least one leg and a coupler for removably coupling the upper panel and the lower portion. The coupler is a folding coupler or a break-a-way coupler.

A wheel opening fender panel assembly for a vehicle, comprising:
- an upper panel;
- a lower portion defining at least one leg;
- and
- at least one coupler for removably coupling said upper panel and said lower portion, each said coupler being one of a folding coupler and a break-a-way coupler.
