Abstract
A server computer system identifies a set of image templates for building a cloud server image and a compatible deployable template for launching the cloud server image in a template repository. The server computer system associates the set of image templates with the compatible deployable template in the template repository. Upon receiving a user selection, the server computer system obtains the set of image templates and the compatible deployable temple.
Claims20
A method comprising:
- identifying, by a server computer, a set of image templates in a template repository for building a cloud server image;
- identifying a compatible deployable template in the template repository for launching the cloud server image;
- associating the set of image templates with the compatible deployable template in the template repository;
- and
- upon receiving a user selection, obtaining the set of image templates and the compatible deployable temple from the template repository.
A system comprising:
- a memory;
- and
- a processing device coupled to the memory to:
- identify a set of image templates in a template repository for building a cloud server image;
- identify a compatible deployable template in the template repository for launching the cloud server image;
- associate the set of image templates with the compatible deployable template in the template repository;
- and
- obtain the set of image templates and the compatible deployable temple from the template repository upon receiving a user selection.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium including instructions that, when executed by a computer system, cause the computer system to perform a set of operations comprising:
- identifying, by a computer system, a set of image templates in a template repository for building a cloud server image;
- identifying a compatible deployable template in the template repository for launching the cloud server image;
- associating the set of image templates with the compatible deployable template in the template repository;
- and
- upon receiving a user selection, obtaining the set of image templates and the compatible deployable temple from the template repository.
