Abstract
A display apparatus which corrects input characters by moving a cursor in word units is provided. The display apparatus includes a communication interface configured to receive a control command for a character input from a control device, a display configured to display characters corresponding to the control command, and a controller configured to control the display to move a cursor in word units when a correction command to correct the displayed characters is received.

A display apparatus which is configured to be connected to a control device, the display apparatus comprising:
- a communication interface configured to receive a control command for a character input from the control device;
- a display configured to display characters corresponding to the control command;
- and
- a controller configured to control the display to move a cursor in word units when a correction command to correct the displayed characters is received.
A display apparatus, comprising:
- a user manipulator configured to receive a control command for a character input;
- a display configured to display characters corresponding to the control command;
- and
- a controller configured to control the display to move a cursor in word units when a correction command to correct the displayed characters is received.
A method of displaying a user interface (UI) of a display apparatus which is configured to be connected to a control device, the method comprising:
- receiving a control command for a character input from the control device;
- displaying characters corresponding to the control command;
- and
- moving a cursor in word units when a correction command to correct the displayed characters is received.
A non-transitory computer-readable recording medium having embodied thereon a program for executing a user interface (UI) display method, the UI display method comprising:
- receiving a control command for a character input from a control device;
- displaying characters corresponding to the control command;
- and
- moving a cursor in word units when a correction command to correct the displayed characters is received.
