Method and system for indexing information and providing results for a search including objects having predetermined attributes

A system having at least one processor, storage, and a communication platform connected to a network for providing a search result, wherein the at least one processor is configured for:

• identifying, by the at least one processor, one or more records in response to a query received from a user;
• identifying, from the one or more records, a record having an associated non-text element, wherein the non-text element has been created previously based on the record and stored in the storage;
• retrieving the non-text element from the storage;
• generating a search result that includes the non-text element and a link to the record;
• and
• providing the search result to the user as a response to the query.

A machine-readable tangible and non-transitory medium having information for providing a search result, wherein the information, when read by the machine, causes the machine to perform the following:

• identifying, by the at least one processor, one or more records in response to a query received from a user;
• identifying, from the one or more records, a record having an associated non-text element, wherein the non-text element has been created previously based on the record and stored in the storage;
• retrieving the non-text element from the storage;
• generating a search result that includes the non-text element and a link to the record;
• and
• providing the search result to the user as a response to the query.
