Abstract
A method for compiling experience ratings for service providers includes receiving a rating of a communication service provided by the service provider from a user of the communication service. The rating has a geographic location and a time associated therewith. The geographic map is updated with the rating that was received from the user.

A method, comprising:
- receiving a rating of a communication service provided by a service provider from a user of the communication service, the rating having a geographic location and a time associated therewith;
- and
- updating a geographic map with the rating that was received from the user.
A system, comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a memory coupled to the processor and comprising computer readable program code embodied in the memory that when executed by the processor causes the processor to perform operations comprising:
- receiving a rating of a communication service provided by a service provider from a user of the communication service, the rating having a geographic location and a time associated therewith;
- and
- updating a geographic map with the rating that was received from the user.
