System and method for displaying a constant time selection context menu interface

A method comprising:

• receiving a command to select an order entry location corresponding to a price level for a trade order to buy or sell a tradeable object;
• in response to receiving the command, displaying a context pop-up interface comprising a plurality of selection areas organized around a central area of the context pop-up interface, wherein placement of the context pop-up interface is based on the selected order entry location, wherein the plurality of selection areas comprises a plurality of order quantity values for the trade order, wherein the plurality of selection areas increases in size as a distance from each of the plurality of selection areas to the central area increases, and wherein the size of each of the plurality of selection areas is determined such that each of the plurality of selections areas can be selected in approximately the same time;
• and
• selecting a selection area of the plurality of selection areas to set a desired order quantity for the trade order, wherein the desired order quantity corresponds to the selection area.
