Abstract
An electronic apparatus is provided, which includes an output, a voice collector configured to collect a user voice, and a controller configured to control the output to output a system response corresponding to the user voice, in which the controller is further configured to control the output such that a voice command guide applicable to a current situation of the electronic apparatus is outputted.

An electronic apparatus, comprising:
- an output;
- a voice collector configured to collect a user voice;
- and
- a controller configured to control the output to output a system response corresponding to the user voice, wherein
- the controller is further configured to control the output such that a voice command guide applicable to a current situation of the electronic apparatus is outputted.

A control method of an electronic apparatus, comprising:
- collecting a user voice;
- transmitting the user voice to a first server and receiving from the first server text information corresponding to the user voice;
- transmitting the received text information to a second server;
- and
- in response to response information corresponding to the text information being received from the second server, outputting a system response corresponding to the user voice based on the response information and outputting a voice command guide applicable to a current situation of the electronic apparatus.
