Spirobenzylamine-Phosphine, Preparation Method Therefor And Use Thereof

A compound of spirobenzylamine-phosphine of the following structure formula:

• Wherein:
• n=0˜3;
• R1 and R2 represent C1-C8 alkyl, halogenated alkyl, C1-C8 alkoxy, C2-C8 acyloxy, C1-C8 acyl, C2-C8 ester group, (C1-C8 acyl) azyl, (C1-C8 alkyl)diamino group, halogen, phenyl, substituted phenyl, naphthyl, substituted naphthyl, furyl, thienyl, and fused aliphatic ring or fused aromatic ring when n≧2;
• R1 and R2 can be either identical or not;
• R3, R4, R5 and R6 represent H, C1-C8 alkyl, halogenated alkyl, C1-C8 alkoxy, C2-C8 acyloxy, C1-C8 acyl, C2-C8 ester group, (C1-C8 acyl) azyl, (C1-C8 alkyl)diamino group, halogen, phenyl, substituted phenyl, naphthyl, substituted naphthyl, furyl and thienyl;
• R3-R4, R5-R6 may be fused aliphatic ring or aromatic ring. R3, R4, R5 and R6 can be either identical or not;
• R7 represents C1-C8 alkyl, phenyl, substituted phenyl, naphthyl, substituted naphthyl, furyl, and thienyl;
• R8 and R9 represent H, C1-C8 alkyl, benzyl, substituted benzyl, phenyl, substituted phenyl, naphthyl, substituted naphthyl, furyl and thienyl;
• R8 and R9 can be either identical or not;
• In the substituted phenyl or naphthyl described above, the substituent groups may be one or more of C1-C8 alkyl, C1-C8 alkoxy, hydroxyl, C1-C8 acyloxy, halogen, amino, (C1-C8 acyl) azyl, (C1-C8 alkyl)diamino group, C1-C8 acyl and C1-C8 ester group;
• The number of substituent ranges from 0 to 5.
