Abstract
The present invention relates to PDEI inhibitory compounds of Formula I as described herein, processes for their production, their use as pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical compositions comprising them.

A Compound of Formula I
- wherein
- (i) R1 is H or C1-4 alkyl;
- (ii) R4 is H and R2 and R3 are independently H or C1-6alkyl;
- or
- R2 is H and R3 and R4 together form a di-, tri- or tetramethylene bridge;
- (iii) R5 is attached to one of the nitrogens on the pyrazolo portion of Formula I and is a moiety of Formula A
- wherein:
- X, Y and Z are C;
- R8, R9, R11 and R12 are H;
- and
- R10 is heteroaryl, optionally substituted with one or more halo;
- (iv) R6 is ethyl or isopropyl,
- in free or form.

A pharmaceutical composition comprising the compound according to 1, in free or pharmaceutically acceptable salt form, in admixture with a pharmaceutically acceptable diluent or carrier.
