Abstract
An operating method of a serving Base Station (BS) in a communication system is provided). The method comprises transmitting a first message to a Mobile Station (MS), wherein the first message includes information related to a random access resource that is allocated to the MS by a target BS, and wherein the random access resource is distinguishable from other random access resources of the target BS.

An operating method of a serving Base Station (BS) in a communication system, the operating method comprising:
- transmitting a first message to a Mobile Station (MS),
- wherein the first message includes information related to a random access resource that is allocated to the MS by a target BS, and
- wherein the random access resource is distinguishable from other random access resources of the target BS.
An operating method of a target Base Station (BS) in a communication system, the operating method comprising:
- transmitting a first message to a serving BS,
- wherein the first message includes information related to a random access resource allocated to a Mobile Station (MS) by the target BS, and
- wherein the random access resource is distinguishable from other random access resources of the target BS.
An operating method of Mobile Station (MS) in a communication system, the operating method comprising:
- receiving a first message from a serving Base Station (BS),
- wherein the first message includes information related to a random access resource which is allocated to the MS by a target BS, and
- wherein the random access resource is distinguishable from other random access resources of the target BS.
A serving Base Station (BS) in a communication system, the serving BS comprising:
- a transmitter configured to transmit a first message to a Mobile Station (MS),
- wherein the first message includes information related to a random access resource which is allocated to the MS by a target BS, and
