Communication apparatus, communication method, and program for exchanging data with a target

A communication device, comprising:

• first processing circuitry configured to receive a first command upon a detection of the target;
• and
• second processing circuitry configured to exchange data with a target through the first processing circuitry,
• wherein the first processing circuitry is further configured to select a predetermined interface level from among a plurality of interface levels based on the first command and to exchange data with the second processing circuitry based on the predetermined interface level.

A communication method, comprising:

• receiving, at first processing circuitry, a first message;
• exchanging data between second processing circuitry and a target through the first processing circuitry;
• selecting, with the first processing circuitry, a predetermined interface level from among a plurality of interface levels based on the first message;
• and
• exchanging data between the first processing circuitry and the second processing circuitry based on the predetermined interface level.

A non-transitory, computer-readable storage medium encoded with computer executable instructions, wherein the instructions, when executed by a communication device, cause the communication device to perform a method comprising:

• receiving, at first processing circuitry, a first message;
• exchanging data between second processing circuitry and a target through the first processing circuitry;
• selecting, with the first processing circuitry, a predetermined interface level from among a plurality of interface levels based on the first message;
• and
• exchanging data between the first processing circuitry and the second processing circuitry based on the predetermined interface level.
