A method of treating or preventing inflammation comprising:
- selecting a herbal composition comprising extracts from Poke Root (Phytolacca Decandra), Pumpkin (Curcurbita Pepo), Sunflower, Borage and Safflower;
- applying the composition by topically administering to a site of inflammation.
