Method and apparatus for transmitting uplink control information in a wireless communication system

A user equipment for transmitting uplink control information in a wireless communication system, the user equipment comprising:

• a receiver configured to receive, from a base station, information on a primary cell (Pcell) and at least one secondary cell (Scell) configured for the user equipment;
• a processor configured to perform a control operation to transmit the uplink control information through a specific Scell configured for the user equipment when the Pcell and the Scell have their respective time division duplex (TDD) downlink (DL)/uplink (UL) configurations different from each other and the user equipment is configured to simultaneously transmit a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) and a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH);
• and
• a transmitter configured to transmit the uplink control information through the specific Scell configured for the user equipment.
