Abstract
A projector includes a light detector that detects light brightness information on the brightness of light emitted from a light source and an adjuster that corrects the light brightness information detected with the light detector and adjusts the output from the light source based on the corrected light brightness information.
Claims14
A projector comprising:
- a light detector that detects light brightness information on brightness of light emitted from a light source;
- and
- an adjuster that corrects the light brightness information detected with the light detector and adjusts an output from the light source based on the corrected light brightness information.
A method for controlling a projector, the method comprising:
- the procedure of causing a light detector to detect light brightness information on brightness of light emitted from a light source;
- and
- the procedure of causing an adjuster to correct the light brightness information detected with the light detector and adjust an output from the light source based on the corrected light brightness information.
