Abstract
Systems and methods for generating an incremental information object (IIO) from an information object (IO). The method includes analyzing an IO to identify code, wherein the IO is made up of a number of tiles, and wherein the tiles make up a code. The method also includes confirming the code. If the code is successfully confirmed, the method further includes modifying the IO by adding binary information to the IO through the use of color scales that are not recognizable by an optical IO reader, generating a new progressive code comprising a bitstream, and overwriting the bitstream on the tiles.
Claims15
A method for generating an incremental information object (IIO) from an information object (IO), comprising:
- analyzing an IO to identify code, wherein the IO comprises a plurality of tiles, and wherein the plurality of tiles comprise a code;
- and
- confirming the code, and, if the code is successfully confirmed:
- modifying the IO by adding binary information to the IO through the use of color scales that are not recognizable by an optical IO reader;
- generating a new progressive code comprising a bitstream;
- and
- overwriting the bitstream on the plurality of tiles.
A system for generating an incremental information object (IIO) from an information object (IO), comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a memory, wherein the memory comprises computer readable code to direct the processor to:
- analyze an IO to identify code, wherein the IO comprises a plurality of tiles and the plurality of tiles comprise a code;
- confirm the code, and, if the code is successfully confirmed:
- modify the IO by adding binary information to the IO through the use of color scales that are not recognizable by an optical IO reader;
- generate a new progressive code comprising a bitstream;
- and
- overwrite the bitstream on the plurality of tiles.
A non-transitory, computer readable medium comprising code to direct a processor to:
- analyze an initial information object (IO) to identify code, wherein the IO comprises a plurality of tiles to store a code;
- confirm the code, and, if the code is successfully confirmed:
- modify the IO by adding binary information to the IO through the use of color scales that are not recognizable by an optical IO reader;
- generate a new progressive code comprising a bitstream;
- and
- overwrite the bitstream on the plurality of tiles to create an IIO.
