Abstract
The invention relates to a beverage dispense apparatus that maintains syrup containers in a housing, thereby eliminating plumbing required by prior art Bag-in-Box dispensers.
Claims11
A beverage dispensing apparatus, comprising:
- a housing having an insulated compartment and a non-insulated compartment;
- a cold plate positioned in the housing;
- a beverage container positioned in contact with the cold plate and positioned within the insulated compartment of the housing;
- a dispensing nozzle attached to the housing;
- a pumping mechanism positioned in the non-insulated compartment;
- and
- a fluid line in fluid communication with the beverage container, the cold plate, and the dispensing nozzle.

- a dispense tower having a dispense nozzle;
- an under counter system having a cold plate, a beverage container, and a refrigeration system;

- a beverage line in fluid communication with both the beverage container and the dispense nozzle.
