Abstract
An operating device and an electronic device using the same are provided. The operating device comprises a base, an electronic circuit board, a lever and a slider. The base comprises a bearer. The electronic circuit board is disposed on the base. The lever is disposed on the electronic circuit board. The slider is movably disposed on the sliding portion for triggering the lever.

- a slider movably disposed on the bearer;
