Abstract
An impact-absorbing member having excellent blade-proof performance is provided. An impact-absorbing plate (1) includes a plurality of stretched resin films (10) stacked and bonded to one another, and the plurality of stretched resin films (10) include a biaxially stretched resin film (12).

An impact-absorbing member comprising:
- a plurality of stretched resin films stacked and bonded to one another,
- wherein the plurality of stretched resin films include a biaxially stretched resin film.
A method for producing an impact-absorbing member,
- wherein a plurality of stretched resin films including a biaxially stretched resin film are stacked and thermocompression-bonded to obtain an impact-absorbing member.
