Server unit, a client unit, and a recording medium in a computer system

A storage medium from which a computer of a server unit can read instructions and in which a process for transmitting drawing data, created in accordance with an input event from a client unit, to the client unit is recorded as a program, the program comprising the processes of:

• creating drawing data including an object according to an input event from a client unit;
• determining whether the input event from the client unit is a selection of a single object included in the drawing data;
• if determined that the input event from the client unit is the selection of the single object, acquiring display area information indicating where the client unit presently displays, wherein the display area information corresponds to a part of the drawing data;
• judging whether a display screen area corresponding to the display area information includes a part area of the single object selected on the drawing data;
• if determined that the display screen area includes the part area of the single object selected on the drawing data, changing the display area information so that the display screen area includes all area of the single object selected on the drawing data;
• and
• controlling the client unit to display the display screen area corresponding to the display area information changed by the display area information changing section.

A method of controlling a display comprising:

• creating drawing data including an object according to an input event from a client unit;
• determining whether the input event from the client unit is a selection of a single object included in the drawing data;
• if determined that the input event from the client unit is the selection of the single object, acquiring display area information indicating where the client unit presently displays, wherein the display area information corresponds to a part of the drawing data;
• judging whether a display screen area corresponding to the display area information includes a part area of the single object selected on the drawing data;
• if determined that the display screen area includes the part area of the single object selected on the drawing data, changing the display area information so that the display screen area includes all area of the single object selected on the drawing data;
• and
• controlling the client unit to display the display screen area corresponding to the display area information changed by the display area information changing section.
