System and method for analyzing user experience of a software application across disparate devices

A computing device comprising:

• a memory storing a version of an operating system and a display analysis application;
• a network module configured to communicate with a first mobile device and a second mobile device;
• and
• a consistency module configured to:
• obtain one or more display parameters relating to an application from the first mobile device and from the second mobile device;
• and
• compare the one or more display parameters of the first mobile device and the one or more display parameters of the second mobile device.

A method of analyzing consistency of user experience of a patched application on a mobile device comprising:

• storing, at a memory, a version of an operating system, a display analysis application, and the patched application;
• accessing, by a consistency module, the patched application;
• obtaining, by the consistency module, one or more display parameters of the mobile device via the patched application;
• and
• transmitting, by the consistency module, the one or more display parameters to a computing device.

A method of analyzing consistency of user experience of an application on a mobile device comprising:

• storing, at a storage module, a version of an operating system, a display analysis application comprising a patch, and a patched application comprising the application updated with the patch;
• communicating, by a network module, with a first mobile device and a second mobile device;
• and
• obtaining, by a consistency module, one or more display parameters relating to the patched application from the first mobile device and one or more display parameters relating to the patched application from the second mobile device;
• and
• comparing, by the consistency module, the one or more display parameters of the first mobile device and the one or more display parameters of the second mobile device.
