Abstract
A system, computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program, and computer-implemented method for automatically providing item feedback information during the checkout process is provided. Feedback information related to one or more items added to an electronic shopping cart of a user is obtained. A message including the feedback information is provided automatically to the user during the checkout process.

A method comprising:
- obtaining feedback information related to an item added to an electronic shopping cart of a user, the feedback information being generated by at least one additional users;
- and
- automatically providing, using a processor of a machine, during the checkout process, a message to the user that includes the feedback information generated by the at least one additional users.
A system comprising:
- a processor of a machine;
- a feedback module configured to obtain feedback information related to an item added to an electronic shopping cart of a user, the feedback information being generated by at least one additional users;
- and
- a communication module configured to automatically provide, using the processor of the machine, during the checkout process, the user with a message including the feedback information generated by at least one additional users.
