• computer-executable instructions embodied on the computer-readable medium that cause a computer system to perform a method for simulating, in a three-dimensional scene, the evolution of biological data by:
• displaying an initial biological interaction network (BIN) of biological entities;
• and
• determining biological data for said interaction network (BIN);
• characterized in that the method further comprises the step of:
• displaying, in a three-dimensional scene, a biological data of each entity in a first layout (2, 3, 4, 5), a first layout comprising several levels, a level corresponding to the value of the biological data at a time instant (t).

A computer program product, comprising:

• a computer readable medium, for simulating the evolution of biological data in a three-dimensional scene of a computer-aided (CAD) system,
• the computer readable medium comprising code means for causing the CAD system to take the steps of:
• displaying an initial biological interaction network (BIN) of biological entities;
• and
• determining biological data for said interaction network (BIN);
• characterized in that the method further comprises the step of:
• displaying, in a three-dimensional scene, a biological data of each entity in a first layout (2, 3, 4, 5), a first layout comprising several levels, a level corresponding to the value of the biological data at a time instant (t).

An apparatus for simulating the evolution of biological data in a three-dimensional scene of a computer-aided system comprising:

• computer means for:
• displaying an initial biological interaction network (BIN) of biological entities;
• and
• determining biological data for said interaction network (BIN);
• characterized in that the method further comprises the step of:
• displaying, in a three-dimensional scene, a biological data of each entity in a first layout (2, 3, 4, 5), a first layout comprising several levels, a level corresponding to the value of the biological data at a time instant (t).
