Compound Amycolamicin, Method for Producing the Same, and Use of the Same

A method for producing a compound having a structure expressed by the following Structural Formula (1), tautomers thereof, or salts of the compound or the tautomers, the method comprising:

• culturing a microorganism belonging to the genus Amycolatopsis and capable of producing the compound having a structure expressed by the Structural Formula (1), the tautomers thereof, or the salts of the compound or the tautomers, and
• isolating the compound having a structure expressed by the Structural Formula (1), the tautomers thereof, or the salts of the compound or the tautomers from a culture obtained from the culturing.

A microorganism,

• wherein the microorganism belongs to the genus Amycolatopsis and is capable of producing a compound having a structure expressed by the following Structural Formula (1), tautomers thereof, or salts of the compound or the tautomers.

An antibacterial agent comprising:

• a compound having a structure expressed by the following Structural Formula (1), tautomers thereof, or salts of the compound or the tautomers, serving as an active ingredient.
