Abstract
The present invention discloses a method, an apparatus and a system for processing inter-PLMN access control. The method includes: receiving access authority control information which includes an access permission relationship between PLMNs; performing corresponding access control or a function according to the access permission relationship.

A method for processing inter-Public Land Mobile Network (inter-PLMN) access control, comprising:
- receiving access authority control information, wherein the access authority control information comprises an access permission relationship between PLMNs;
- performing access control or a function according to the access permission relationship.
An apparatus for processing access control, comprising:
- an obtaining module, configured to receive access authority control information, wherein the access authority control information comprises a access permission relationship between PLMNs;
- a processing module, coupled with the obtaining module, configured to perform corresponding access control or a function according to the permission relationship.
An apparatus, comprising:
- a storage component and a processor, wherein the processor is configured to read and run program instructions stored in the storage component, so that the following steps of a method are performed:
- receiving access authority control information, wherein the access authority control information comprises an access permission relationship between PLMNs;
- performing corresponding access control or a function according to the access permission relationship.
