Abstract

A laminate for an all-solid type battery which is an electrode/electrolyte laminate used in an all-solid type battery. The laminate includes a positive electrode layer, a solid electrolyte layer and a negative electrode layer in this order, and at least one intermediate layer disposed between (a) the positive electrode layer and the solid electrolyte layer and (b) the negative electrode layer and the solid electrolyte layer. The solid electrolyte layer contains a Li-containing oxide having a garnet crystal structure, and the intermediate layer contains monoclinic Li2MO3, where M represents Ti or Mn.

Dependent claims

A laminate for an all-solid type battery, the laminate comprising:

a solid electrolyte layer having first and second opposed surfaces;
a positive electrode layer adjacent the first surface of the solid electrolyte layer;
a negative electrode layer adjacent the second surface of the solid electrolyte layer, and
an intermediate layer disposed between at least one of (a) the positive electrode layer and the solid electrolyte layer and (b) the negative electrode layer and the solid electrolyte layer, wherein
the solid electrolyte layer contains a Li-containing oxide having a garnet crystal structure, and
the intermediate layer contains monoclinic Li2MO3, where M represents Ti or Mn.
