1-81. (canceled)
A method of depleting B cells in vivo, comprising administering a humanized antibody that binds human CD20 to a mammal in an amount effective to deplete B cells, wherein the antibody comprises the VH sequence of SEQ ID NO. 8 and the VL sequence of SEQ ID NO. 2.
A method of depleting B cells in vivo, comprising administering an antigen-binding fragment of a humanized antibody to a mammal in an amount effective to deplete B cells, wherein the antigen-binding fragment comprises the CDR1 sequence of SEQ ID NO. 10, the CDR2 sequence of SEQ ID NO. 11, and the CDR3 sequence of SEQ ID NO. 12 in the heavy chain, and the CDR1 sequence of SEQ ID NO. 4, the CDR2 sequence of SEQ ID NO. 5, and the CDR3 sequence of SEQ ID NO. 6 in the light chain;
- wherein the humanized antibody comprises the heavy and light chain amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NO. 39 and 40, respectively.
