Method and device for allocating physical hybrid arq indicator channel, and user equipment

A method for allocating a physical hybrid ARQ indicator channel, comprising:

• determining, according to an extended parameter, a cyclic shift value of a demodulation reference signal that is indicated in a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH), and a minimum labeling index value of a physical resource block (PRB) that is occupied by an uplink data transmission block, a PHICH index number that corresponds to the uplink data transmission block, wherein the extended parameter comprises a cell-specific parameter and a user-equipment-specific parameter;
• and
• determining, through the PHICH index number, a corresponding PHICH to be allocated to the uplink data transmission block;
• and
• receiving, on the determined PHICH, acknowledgement information that corresponds to the uplink data transmission block.

A user equipment, comprising:

• a second determining unit, configured to determine, according to an extended parameter, a cyclic shift value of a demodulation reference signal that is indicated in a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH), and a minimum labeling index value of a physical resource block (PRB) that is occupied by an uplink data transmission block, a PHICH index number that corresponds to the uplink data transmission block, wherein the extended parameter comprises a cell-specific parameter and a user-equipment-specific parameter;
• a third determining unit, configured to determine, through the PHICH index number that is determined by the second determining unit, a corresponding PHICH to be allocated to the uplink data transmission block;
• and
• a receiving unit, configured to receive, on the determined PHICH, acknowledgement information that corresponds to the uplink data transmission block.
