A device receiving control information in a distributed multi-node system, comprising:

• a transmitter;
• a receiver;
• and
• a processor configured to receive information on a resource assignment scheme for an E-PDCCH (enhanced-physical downlink control channel) from a node in a manner of controlling the receiver, the processor configured to receive control information from the node via the E-PDCCH based on the received information on the resource assignment scheme.

A device transmitting control information in a distributed multi-node system, comprising:

• a transmitter;
• a receiver;
• and
• a processor configured to transmit information on a resource assignment scheme for an E-PDCCH (enhanced-physical downlink control channel) in a manner of controlling the transmitter, the processor configured to transmit control information via the E-PDCCH according to the resource assignment scheme.
