Abstract
The air, entering the cylinder via intake valve (or coming both: through intake valve and through intake ports in the sleeve), flows out through the exhaust ports in the sleeve at the end of the intake stroke and/or at the beginning of the compression stroke. Thus increase (compared with the conventional internal combustion piston engine—the “ICE”) airflow through the cylinder at large engine loads. In idle running, at low loads and in starting the contraflow of exhaust gases into the cylinder is performed. Due to this, the starting is better.
Claims19
Method of gas distribution of internal combustion engine, said internal combustion engine including induction system, mainly having apparatuses of compression of the air;
- exhaust system, mainly having apparatuses of expansion of exhaust gases;
- said method comprising the opening of the intake valve during the intake stroke and the opening of the exhaust valve during the exhaust stroke, wherein for the purpose to increase airflow and improve start-up ports in the cylinder sleeve are opend.
