Abstract
A throttle body structure includes a plurality of throttle bores, an idle air control valve that is provided between the throttle bores, a plurality of bypass passages that extend toward a downstream side of the throttle bores, and bypass ports that are arranged between the throttle bores and supply idle air to throttle bores which are spaced apart from the idle air control valve. Compound bypass passages and third bypass passages are arranged parallel to each other. The third bypass passages communicate with the throttle bores arranged adjacent to the idle air control valve, and the compound bypass passages communicate with the bypass ports.
Claims7
A throttle body structure comprising:
- a plurality of throttle bores where at least two or more throttle valves are arranged parallel to each other:
- an idle air control valve that is provided between the plurality of throttle bores;
- a plurality of bypass passages that are opened or closed by the idle air control valve and extend toward a downstream side of the throttle bores;
- and bypass ports that are arranged between the plurality of throttle bores where the idle air control valve is arranged, and supply idle air to throttle bores that are spaced apart from the idle air control valve, wherein
- the plurality of bypass passages are arranged parallel to each other, one bypass passage of the plurality of bypass passages communicates with the throttle bores arranged adjacent to the idle air control valve, and the other bypass passages communicate with the bypass ports.
